A passwordless authentication is invented with WebAuthn

A passwordless authentication is invented with WebAuthn
We have known by the announcement of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and FIDO Alliance about the new spec, webAuthn. At present, the system is in the penultimate stage in the Web standards process. There is pleasant news for the technology lovers. It will be a super spec which will comfortable for the users hopefully. Now, we want to inform our readers about this new spec clearly.

The WebAuthn is an important system which helps to allow browsers to expose hardware authentication devices like USB, Bluetooth, or NFC to sites on the web. This kind of hardware devices users to prove their identity to sites without their usernames as well as passwords. It has developed as a joint effort between FIDO, an industry body, and W3C, the industry group etc.

In the new system of WebAuthn, the users will able to use both integrated biometric hardware as well as external authentication systems. The users can use these devices without user passwords as well as with strong protection.

It can be pointed that Microsoft, Google, Mozilla are committed to supporting Web Authn. It is built on a previous FIDO which is called Universal Authentication Factor (UAF). UAF is able to handle a wider range authentication factors covering biometrics as well as hardware authentication, PINs, user verifier with the protection of users personal information.

In the End, it is obviously attractive news for the spec users. We think that the new device will come with many special features which can be satisfied the users. It should be clear to the readers that we will be really happy if the users will be benefited by our tech information in any way to fulfil their wishes as well as their demand about using this kind of devices or systems with great satisfaction.
